OUR NEW VICE RECTOR
Rev. Fr. Dr. Jude Ogbenna hails from Isuobishi, Isu Njaba, in Isu L.G.A. of Imo State, Nigeria. Since after his ordination as a Catholic Priest on 6th July 1985, he has worked in Nigeria (Holy Ghost Juniorate Ihiala), Zambia and Canada. Fr Jude has held various poisitons of responsibility: he was one time Vicar for Religious in Enugu Diocese and he also served at different times as Provincial Councilor in the Provinces of Nigeria and TransCanada. Fr. Ogbenna holds Licentiate in Canon Law (JCL) - Saint Paul's University Canada; Masters in Canon Law (MCL) from the University of Ottawa, Canada; Doctorate in Canon Law (JCL) - Saint Paul University Canada and Ph. D. (University of Ottawa, Canada). He has Certificates in Spiritual Direction and Conflit Studies from St. Paul University Canada and Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, repectively. Currently he is the Vice Rector of SIST, Assistant Superior of the Spiritan Community at SISTand lecturer on Canon Law. Our seminary/institute is very glad to have him; we wish him a happy and fruitful stay.
